RIB caught red-handed Mutembe Tom and Mutabazi Celestin receiving a Bribe

The Rwanda Investigation Bureau, RIB, on Sunday, October 15, via X, confirmed the arrest of Mutembe Tom, the Executive Secretary of Ngoma District and Mutabazi Celestin, the Director of One Stop Center at the District.

RIB announced that they were caught red-handed receiving a bribe of 5,000,000 frw to issue a constitution permit.

According to RIB, the suspects “are both detained at Remera and Kicukiro RIB Stations as their case file is being compiled for prosecution.”

RIB warns the public against engaging in corruption and urge to share any information related to it, in efforts to build a corruption free country.
