Rwanda’s National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) will announce the results of the 2025/2026 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) and Ordinary Level (O-Level) national examinations on Aug. 20 at 2 p.m., the authority said on Saturday.
The announcement will mark the release of results for learners who completed their primary and lower secondary national examinations at the end of the 2025/2026 academic year.
NESA said the results announcement will be streamed live on the YouTube channels of both NESA and the Ministry of Education (MINEDUC).
The announcement will be closely followed by learners, parents, teachers and school leaders as candidates prepare for the next stage of their education.
The Primary Leaving Examination is taken at the end of primary education, while the O-Level national examination is taken at the end of lower secondary education.
NESA did not provide performance figures in its Aug. 15 announcement. Further details, including examination performance and other results information, are expected to be provided during the official results announcement on Aug. 20
