Abanyarwanda barakangurirwa kwirinda ibikorwa byateza inkongi z’umuriro zibasira amashyamba mu gihe cy’impeshyi

Ikigo Gishinzwe Amashyamba mu Rwanda, kirakangurira abanyarwanda n’abaturarwanda bose kwirinda ibikorwa byateza inkongi z’umuriro zibasira amashyamba mu gihe cy’impeshyi.

Ni mu itangazo ryashyizwe hanze n’iki Kigo, rigira riti: “…Mu gihe u Rwanda rwinjiye mu gihe cy’impeshyi kirangwa ahanini n’izuba ryinshi rituma bimwe mu byatsi byuma ku buryo bishobora kuba byatera inkongi z’umuriro mu mashyamba, Abaturarwanda bose barakangurirwa kwitwararika birinda ibikorwa ibyo aribyo byose byateza inkongi.

Muri iki gihe cy’impeshyi, ni igihe byoroshye cyane ko inkongi y’umuriro yakwihuta cyane mu mashyamba…”

Iri tangazo rikomeza rigaragaza ibikorwa byo kwirinda rigira riti: “Bimwe mu bikorwa buri Muturarwanda akwiye kwirinda twavugamo nko kunywera itabi hafi y’amashyamba, gutwika ibiyorero, ibikorwa byo gutwika amakara mu buryo bw’akajagari, guhakura mu buryo bw’akajagari n’ibindi. Hari kandi n’abana usanga botsa za nyirarunonko, abana batumwa kujya kurahura umuriro mu baturanyi, aba rero ababyeyi bakwiye kubakurikirana kuko bishobora guteza inkongi z’umuriro zagera mumashyamba.”

Inkongi z’umuriro ziterwa na bimwe mu bikorwa byavuzwe haruguru zigira ingaruka zinyuranye haba ku mashyamba, ku rusobe rw’ibinyabuzima ndetse no ku bantu. Zimwe muri izo ngaruka harimo no kubura ubuzima.

“Iyo inkongi yibasiye ishyamba, urusobe rw’ibinyabuzima byinshi bihasiga ubuzima, harimo nk’ inyamaswa, ibiti n’ibindi. Ikindi kandi usanga binagize ingaruka ku mwuka abantu bahumeka kubera ko amababi n’ibiti biba byahiye ndetse n’imyotsi ishobora kuba yatera indwara z’ubuhumekero n’ibindi. Ku bw’iyo mpamvu buri wese akwiye kwitwararika muri iki gihe cy’impeshyi.”

Mu itangazo ryashyizwe hanze n’Ikigo Gishinzwe Amashyamba mu Rwanda, rigaragaza ko “Raporo yo mu mwaka wa 2019 yakozwe na Minisiteri y’Ibidukikije igaragaza ko ubuso bungana na 30.4% by’ubutaka bw’Igihugu buriho amashyamba muri yo 46.5% ni aya kimeza, naho 53.5% ni amaterano.”

Nk’uko byagaragajwe n’Ikigo cy’Ibarurishamibare mu Rwanda, amashyamba agira akamaro karimo no kwinjiza amafaranga aho mu mwaka wa 2020/2021, “amashyamba yinjije miliyari 609, akaba yaragize uruhare rwa 6% kuri GDP y’Igihugu.”

Ikigo Gishinzwe Amashyamba mu Rwanda (RFA) gitangaza ko hari gahunda zitandukanye n’imishinga itandukanye bigamije gukomeza kongera ubu buso ndetse no kububungabunga, by’umwihariko haterwa amashyamba ndetse n’ibiti bivangwa n’imyaka, ku nkengero z’imihanda mu bice bitandukanye by’igihugu ndetse no kugabanya ingano y’ibicanwa nk’inkwi hakoreshwa Imbabura zirondereza ibicanwa.

Umuyobozi Mukuru w’Ikigo Gishinzwe Amashyamba mu Rwanda (RFA), Dr. Concorde NSENGUMUREMYI akangurira abaturage ko “Gutwika ishyamba ni ukwangiza ibidukikije kandi bihanwa n’amategeko, bityo buri muturarwanda wese arashishikarizwa gutanga amakuru y’aho ibi bikorwa bigayitse biri kugira ngo bikumirwe hakiri kare.”
