Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy for Akeza Talent Ltd Voting Platform
By accessing or using the Akeza Talent Ltd Voting Platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any voting contests on the Platform.
• You may not vote more than once per contest, unless otherwise stated.
• You may not use automated bots or scripts to vote.
• You may not use any other unfair or fraudulent means to manipulate the voting process.
2. Contest Entry and Voting
• To participate in a contest, you must register for an account on the Platform.
• All contest entries and votes are final and cannot be changed.
• Akeza Talent Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry or vote that it deems to be in violation of these Terms.
3. Fees and Payment
• Some contests may require a fee to vote.
• All fees are non-refundable.
• Akeza Talent Ltd reserves the right to change fees at any time without prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• You may cancel your account at any time.
• No refunds will be issued for cancelled accounts or unused voting credits.
• In the event that a contest is cancelled or postponed, Akeza Talent Ltd will make a reasonable effort to notify users and issue refunds as appropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Akeza Talent Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not use any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Akeza Talent Ltd.
6. Disclaimers
• The Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Akeza talent Ltd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Akeza Talent Ltd is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akeza Talent Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
8. Termination
• Akeza Talent Ltd may terminate your account or access to the Platform for any reason, at any time, without notice.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
10. Entire Agreement
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Akeza Talent Ltd regarding your use of the Platform.
11. Severability
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
